Dialogue to be acquired by Sun Life Financial

Dialogue, a Walter Venture’s portfolio company, announced that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Sun Life Financial Inc., pursuant to which Sun Life will indirectly acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
